Pickleball-Specific Exercise Class

Want to move better on the court, play under control, and reduce strain on your body?
Our Drills & Skills class is designed specifically for the demands of pickleball — and it’s led by an expert who knows the game inside and out.

This 3-part program focuses on helping you feel stronger, quicker, and more confident every time you step on the court.

🏓 What you’ll learn:
• Warm-up & loosen-up exercises
• Stretching to improve mobility
• Strengthening key pickleball muscles
• Footwork, power, chasing lobs, and kitchen-line movement
• On-court skills to put it all together

Tuesdays — February 24th, March 3rd, & March 10th

• 3 classes (1 hour each)
